The staff went out of their way to accommodate our baby and play pen by providing us a slightly larger room on the quiet side of the hotel. This made the visit incredibly nice. The room was very clean, comfortable, well decorated, and quiet. The high ceilings on the second floor with a view of the trees was great. The location is perfect for accessing places in Keystone, like the boardwalk, and has quick easy access to Mt Rushmore. We would definitely use the Ramada by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt Rushmore again.

We arrived close to 11:00 at night and we were able to get right in and take all of our belongings to our room. Our room was absolutely huge ! We couldn't believe it! The beds were a little bit too soft for our liking as were our pillows but we still had a good night's sleep. It is extremely conveniently located to many of the different Parks such as Mount Rushmore and the downtown area. It was clean and the shower was amazing! We were traveling for a month and had all of our belongings with us and everything fit in our room and then some. It was twice as big as most hotel rooms that we have seen. The staff was extremely friendly when we checked in as well as when we checked out and everyone was very helpful. We were really only there to shower and sleep and reorganize our bags and took everything with us when we checked out the next morning.

Excellent location close to but off the main street of Keystone. I had requested two rooms near each other, and we were given adjoining rooms. Thank you! The room was comfortable and quiet, and shower great. I like the double window coverings so that you can get sunlight without giving up privacy. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but did give a coupon for local eateries which we enjoyed.

I am pleased with how clean and maintained the property is. The parking lot could be a little bigger but besides that I have nothing bad to say about it. The staff and s absolutely amazing. I have to give a shout out to Nitsa, she went above and beyond for us. We stayed 1 night then went back for 2 more nights the next weekend. Not only did Nitsa remember us but she remembered why we were there. The hotel is a drive off the highway but for this reason I will always go back there. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Nitsa!!

The staff was amazing, very good restaurant. Easy access to the boardwalk, most everything was within walking distance. Great location

The front desk staff was exceptional especially Nitka and Sofia. Both were friendly and helpful even before I asked for anything. We had to travel only 5 minutes to see Mount Rushmore. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Initially we were put in a very small room with beds filling most of the room. Staff person Amber was VERY accommodating and found us a beautiful room. When we moved we loved it. Also only one chair and we both wanted to sit. Mgr Steven (I think) personally brought us another chair within 5 mins.

Staff at the front desk (especially the young woman which I didn't catch her name - she was there late at night and again first thing in the a.m. for the 3 day we were there) were pleasant and helpful. Cleaners were super friendly and happy. Bed and pillows were amazing. Room was clean.

We loved that it was right in the heart of keystone. The drive to Mt Rushmore was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out was fast.
